No, Currently we do not have COD facility due to COVID-19 restrictions. You can make payments to us via Google Pay/Paytm/Bank Transfers.

Will I Receive a Quality Product by Tirumala Designers?

As a renowned brand, we adhere to strict quality and design benchmarks.

Every Tirumala Designers product goes through many quality control processes to ensure that you receive the best product.

How to track the order once shipped?

You'll receive an email with the tracking details, you can check on the courier website and track the order with the tracking number.

Delivery was attempted but I was unavailable. What next?

Do not worry, our courier will try to reattempt to deliver in next 2 days. In case parcel is still not delivered you can call us on +91 99876 96618 or email us on sales@tirumaladesigners.in so we can submit your delivery request to the courier.

The order status is 'delivered' but not received it. What should I do?

Check with your neighbour/front desk, etc. if someone accepted the package. Try to contact the courier to cross check if someone has signed the package. If no one accepted delivery email us on sales@tirumaladesigners.in.

Once you get the tracking details of the shipping we request you to estimate us if the product doesn't deliver within 10-15 days of the dispatched, so that we can coordinate with our logistics partner.

If there is no update about the delivery we will consider the order has been delivered, hence you cannot apply for the refund.

What is the process for refund/replace?

Customers seeking to return an item for any reason must notify Tirumala Designers within 48 hours of receiving the product

Fabrics once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be received in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect or wrong item

Items that are eligible for returns must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the item

Customers must bear the cost of the return shipment. Tirumala Designers will not arrange for a return pick-up

Tirumala Designers does not provide refunds for return orders. However, the Company will provide store credit worth the same amount of the returned product, if the product meets the following criteria:

  • All returned products must be shipped back in their original packaging. All material, including plastic wrapping, dust bags, gift boxes, authenticity cards, must be returned along with the product
  • Return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unsoiled. All garments and shoes should be tried only on carpeted surfaces
  • If the returned items do not meet the Return Criteria, the products will be returned to the customer

The customer would get the refund back to their account within 15-20working days.

All customized products (which have been made to customer’s size / measurements) are non-returnable.

How can I inform about any defect/issues in the product Tirumala Designers?

Requirement to inspect and give notice of a defect

  1. The customer is required to inspect the product immediately upon delivery and shall within 24 hours from such delivery give notice in writing to Tirumala Designers and courier company by email, of any matter whereof the customer may allege that the product is not in accordance with the order
  2. If the customer fails to give such notice the goods will be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods accordingly
  3. The customer shall give us written notice of any hidden defects within 24 hours of their delivery

I want to cancel my order?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Do you sell in bulk? How do I purchase from you at wholesale rates?

All credit card payments are processed through checkout systems provided by secure payment gateways.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and if it hasn’t been dispatched already and the amount can be given as a store credit/refund. If not estimated within 24 hours the amount will be given as a store credit only.
